Standards
1. Understand developmentally responsive and socially equitable organizational structures (e.g. teaming, flexible grouping and scheduling, and transition programs) that support early adolescents' developmental needs for close, trusting relationships
2. Understand how to work cooperatively and respectfully with all families to support students' learning and development.
3. Promote for an adult advocate for each young adolescent
4. Support a democratic system of continual collaboration by all stakeholders that encourages authentic student voice and a shared vision to guide decisions.
5. Growing skill in functioning effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
